Still, he argued cases confidently in court and won all 26 cases he handled, including cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

 

His secret came out when real lawyers complained to the Law Society of Kenya. An investigation showed that Brian had been using another lawyer’s login details to access the legal system. In October 2023, he was arrested for identity theft and forgery.
